Dakota Family Services is expanding services for children and adolescents, and looking for the most highly skilled and caring Therapists and Counselors to join the DFS family.
Therapists receive mentorship and support from our practiced experts, as well as advise and guide the development of others. Therapists at DFS take comfort in working in an organization that believes one must take care of themselves mentally, physically and spiritually to be able to help others become their best selves. The ideal applicant must have a passion for providing care for children and adolescents with complex behavioral health issues, be devoted to promoting the needs of youth and families, and advocate for resources to ensure success is achieved.
Licensure and Education Requirements:
Must be licensed as a LPCC, LCSW or LMSW in North Dakota, or be able to obtain licensure in North Dakota. Masters or doctorate degree required.
Dakota Family Services offers a great benefits package including generous paid time off (accrual begins immediately) and paid holidays, as well as medical, dental, life and long-term disability insurance coverages. Work flexible, daytime clinic hours (Mon-Fri). Employees participate in the cost of premiums and have the option of purchasing additional coverage for dependents.
